I have been going to Salon Spa And Venessa for couple of years now, and am shocked at some of the negative reviews written below. I have always had a wonderful experience there, have been treated with the upmost respect by all of the staff. In particular, the receptionists Nichole and Natalie and manager Katie have always been professional, polite and prompt with regards to checking me in and checking me out. Amy and Erin have done my hair, and I have been floored with the expertise they hold without the pretentious attitude that can sometimes be found in such places. Salon Spa And Venessa is in a beautiful, historical building with amazing energy and is a treasure in and of itself. The staff and wonderful customer service are merely icing on the cake. I highly recommend this salon to anyone and everyone looking for anything from a haircut to a massage to manicures and pedicures.
