Dr. Friedman and his entire staff are the friendliest persons and most professional dental practice that a patient would want. Our whole family goes there and we are all treated kindly and with care. My experience has included great dental health care, a clean modern facility, and a group of people who honestly do care about your physical well being, even beyond the dental. They include regular screening for oral cancer as part of my examination and ask about my life knowing that stress and other factors contribute to my fitness and health. Their office hours are very accommodating with evenings and Saturday's which allows me to take less time off from work. Most incredibly I've never waited more than a few minutes for my scheduled appointments even when I pull into a full parking lot! The staff never seem harried or bothered. They are always smiling and available to discuss anything and everything you have questions on from appointment scheduling to payment plans to insurance plans to dental options. They go out of their way in extraordinary patient communication trying to explain things so that I understand everything about my experience there. This is extremely rare today, but truly a welcome breath of fresh air. Our family has been going there over 15 years and we've never had a bad expereince. If you want to sit back in the chair, knowing you're in good care, I highly recommend putting yourself in the capable hands of Dr. Friedman and his staff. You will not be disappointed!
