Dr. Mitchel Friedman (Newman Springs Dental Care, Lincroft NJ) and staff is the friendly, affordable and competent dental practice you have been looking for! Patient care and comfort are their top priority. Their office is clean and their technology is up-to-date. They are reasonably priced and offer payment plans. I have had several dental emergencies on the weekends/over holidays – and Dr. Friedman promptly called me personally to ascertain what my dental emergency was and offered immediately solution(s). This ranged from calling in a prescription, to coming to his office right away… to personally calling a covering dentist, when he was out of the area, to ensure that I was seen that day. I always know that Dr. Friedman is just a call away!
Dr. Friedman and his staff value my time and treat me with the utmost respect. I have always been seen promptly – within 10 minutes of my appointed time. They scheduled ample time for each of my needs so that I never have felt rushed. During my very first visit, I explained that I have dental anxiety from my previous dental experiences. . Dr. Friedman took the time to go over exactly what he was going to do to me in a manner that I can understand. Dr. Friedman offers sedation dentistry that helped me feel calm before, during and after some of the more extensive dental work that I had done. There is very little turnover of staff, which also is an indication of a good dentist who not only knows how to treat his patients well…but also his staff.
Bottom line: Dr. Friedman provides dental care that is long-lasting, of excellent quality, at a reasonable price and is completely gentle and caring. Dr. Friedman not only promptly takes care of my immediate needs, but he and his staff are on top of ensuring that I stay on a proper dental health and care program. I always found Dr. Friedman and his staff to be consummate professionals. They threat their patents wiThey threat their patents with the utmost respect and courtesy. I highly recommend Dr. Friedman !!
