I used my groupon at the salon this past Friday. I do not think that they used real Keratin on my hair. It burnt my scalp and made my hair very dried out. To me it smelled like a perm. They washed the keratin out of my hair. In the past the keratin has always been left in my hair. When you question them, they are rude and tell you that you don't know. My hair is already frizzy and dry and this is day 3. This is the worst experience I have ever had with a merchant of any kind. The owners and employess are some of the rudest people I have ever encountered. Sometimes I guess when a deal is too god to be true, well there is a reason, if you already purchased a grouon from these people, please ask for a refun from groupons, you will be happy you did. If you choose to get your treatment, we will soon be seeing this same review from you..:)
