Cliff was very professional and I believe did a great, thorough job with the inspection. He pointed out that there were some things that needed to be done and gave me a quote on them, but he was never pushy or "hard sell". He left detailed information on services and even told me I could save money by using less expensive filters as I change them quarterly. My overall impression was very positive and I look forward to working with Climatech going forward.
