Review content:
It's difficult today in the service industry to find a shop where dedication to customer service and pride in craftsmanship are the dominant theme. The girls and guys here though are getting it right. As a non-franchised, non-commissioned shop employees here are not financially motivated to sell any repair or service that isn't needed. Competitive pricing and accurate diagnosis are key factors in reducing the cost of automotive maintenance and repairs. I like knowing that when I drop off my car that I'll be called with a no obligation estimate that is guaranteed to fix the problem. A guarantee that also includes any part and labor. The bottom line is that I'm very pleased and intend to continue to use these folks for my automotive needs. OK, so they don't run many specials. That's fine with me because I really don't want to play that bait and switch game and I'm comfortable with the fact that regardless of the repairs I know I'll be treated fairly. Thank you
