Review content:
I first made an appointment here because it was really easy to get an appoinment and they took my insurance. I had moved to the area and was a few months behind on my sons cleanings.
At first it wasn't a bad experience. It seamed a little strange that they won't do a check up and a cleaning in the same visit. They told me that my son needed to have sealents on his back teeth to protect them from getting cavities. I let the dentist know that he had already gotten sealents about a year ago she seamed suprised and rechecked his teeth. She found two of them still intacked and the other two she said must have fallen out. We did come back for the sealents and a cleaning and then made an orthodontist appointment.
In the mean time me and my husband had made appoinments and the same ordeal. They wanted us both to come back for a scaling at an outragoues price. It seamed really strange to me that they had told me and my husband the same thing and on top of that the told a patient in the next room over that he needed the same treatment.
It really did feel like they tried to find something that they needed you to come back for to get your money.
One thing I am glad about is that there schedulers and front office staff had made so many mistakes with orginizing the orthodontist appointment that I refused to go back.
I will never set foot in there again! Run AWAY!!!!!
