Review content:
Awesome place! My wife and I were planning on passing right through Kansas City not thinking there would be any major attractions that we'd want to see, until Yelp came to the rescue! We saw the high reviews so we stopped and had to see what all the fuss was about!
So in case it hasn't already been stated a million times, the best thing is that this place is FREE! Absolutely 100% FREE! Woohoo! The next big thing you're going to see when looking at this place is the giant shuttlecocks! All the pictures don't do these guys justice, they're pretty cool! And once you get inside, there's some very nice artwork by some very well known artists even I was able to recognize way back from hearing those names and seeing their work in art history, haha. The Egyptian exhibit was also very cool and was surprising to see at a free museum.
Overall this was a great place to stop in! Definitely a great little unexpected gem on our road trip!
