Review content:
The old Portland favorite of parents with small children used to be located in NE Portland, but now has a new location on SW Vermont St.. Those of us on the West side of town are excited!
As you would expect, the main menu item is peanut butter in many different variations, but there are also several other options for things to eat. I typically get the grilled cheese and tomato sandwich with is very yummy! The menu is designed to be kid friendly and very healthy, with tons of organic offerings, including the drinks as well.
There is lots of room for kids to roam around both before and after they eat, with a train table and benches for them to sit and play at or on, as well as an outside play area. As you might expect in a kids restaurant, the bathrooms are equipped with changing tables as well as a chair for nursing moms.
In their new, expanded location, they now have a shop where you can buy toys, t-shirts and select baby/child gear.
