Mystic has a great concept and environment...the spa overlooks a serene pond...it puts one in the the most relaxing space. The massage therapist was very nice. The hair salon staff is young and hip but every service is an additional charge. Beware when an extra condtioner or toner is added to your head because it will be on your bill. Staff does not tell you this as you go along. Also, your stylist may raise prices between visits and not tell you. Nail services cost different prices in the salon than they do in the spa. This is a nice salon but it's not anywhere near the quality that the prices being charged indicate. I've had my hair done in NYC, L.A. and Phoenix...those salons deserve the prices they charge. Mystic thinks it's better than it is.
Pros: serene environment, friendly staff
Cons: not as excellent as prices reflect, feeling of being gouged
