My Mac crashed and I needed to get 4 years of pictures off, including my infant daughter's first steps! You can imagine I was extremely nervous handing off my macbook to a stranger. But, from the moment I met up with one of their techs, I felt very comfortable. They said they would diagnose the mac for free and call back with a quote. They called back an hour later and provided a reasonable cost and I got my pictures and mac back the same day. Amazing service!
