Review content:
The staff at this facility have always been rude but I still considered helping out with volunteering since I feel for the animals. I agree with the statement above that they really need to work on their customer service skills! My boyfriend and I went in to take orientation to volunteer for walking the dogs, and were refused to be able to join the class. The weather conditions were bad and though we were running 10 minutes late we still made the drive halfway across town. I would assume that a company that is run primarily off of funding and volunteers that they would have more respect and understanding for those that are willing to take out of their lives to help, but I guess I was wrong.
