Lucia's Tavola is in an unassuming shopping center in Brookline located up the hill behind the post office on Route 13.
The decor is charming with friendly and attentive wait staff. But these pale in comparison with the food and the service. All the meals are freshly made and are delicious. My favorite is Figaro! Figaro!, which is angel hair pasta with a caramelized onion and grated lemon sauce. It can be topped with chicken. It is wonderful.
This is a hidden gem that is worth the trip.
