Review content:
I've been going to Gene Juarez for a long time and have had good cuts and color. However, I have gradually become unsatisfied - customer service at the front desk is terrible, a stylist kept me waiting for 45 minutes (not my usual person), but even the usual people I have been going to see less than focused on my visit. The straw that broke the camel's back was spending a lot of money on a keratin treatment and the person who did it neglected to tell me to use a special sulfate free shampoo and so the results are not as good as had been expected, and I don't feel that my concerns were adequately adressed. So, I'm going to try another salon and see how it goes.
