Review content:
Call ahead to see if they're on time. Remember who you give your credit card number to...they forget to enter in the system when scheduling a massage, then you get scolded by the check-in/out person! It is also good to call ahead, especially, if you are coming in with friends / family to get a massage. In one situation asked for there to be an hour between massages to hand baby off while others were being massage and since they were behind...they were even more behind because baby couldn't be in spa area. There needs to be a more quiet area for massages. You can hear what is going on next door to you.
Pros: relaxing, refreshments
Cons: rude check-in, pay to park, not sound proof
