Review content:
As dental visits go, probably my best since childhood. After a string of quacks (I actually have been to the dentist regularly until 2 years ago, not that you'd know it looking at my teeth), I am confortable 'in the chair' again. The staff was warmly professional, and the doctors seem dedicated to excellent care - not moving on to the next patient. As a linear thinker, though, I would like to see a timeline or 'project plan' for dental care. Idetifying items as 'more important' and 'can wait' is a little too ambiguous for me. I'm sure it works great for most.
