Review content:
I received a gift certificate to Taylor Stevens. I called and set up and appointment for a cut and color. When I arrived, I was told that a) the stylist was running behind and b) there wouldn't be time for a color unless I was okay with just a single color (no highlights/lowlights). Okay... Then when I was taken back to get my hair washed, they were having problems with the on-demand water heater. Okay... Then when I met with the stylist, she was very very nice and apologetic about the over-booking. I was understanding, but definitely felt rushed through the whole process. There was another client waiting next to me while her color processed. So in the end, I got a haircut that I'm okay with, but don't feel that "oohhh" feeling that you should after getting your hair cut at a top salon. Now to figure out what to do with the rest of the gift certificate...
