hi, i had a facial this past saturday. i had been scheduled awhile ago, but the person who was supposed to do the service , became ill and you called to cancel. this seemed to work out anyway, because i had alexis. the last time i had a facial, which was some time ago, i had alexis. she was very good at what she does. she was very professional and yet very friendly at the same time. my only drawback is i was late for my service, as i drive from chicago to come to taylor stevens. so, i imagine it would have been even better had i been on time. i would highly recommend alexis. i also , think it might be nice to ask the patron if they would like to know what exactly was used on their skin for the service....even if you dont purchase all of the items immediately, that doesnt mean you wont purchase them later. thanks alexis for a great relaxing facial....
