I have never been so mistreated in my whole life!
I was so interested in the store and the counter lady didn't even said her name! She said "We don't give out that kind of information".
I was shocked.
I stepped into the store first because of the rain, and then I realize how beautiful it was. But I never was so mistreated in my life. It was not even as if I was soaked or poorly dressed. The rain had just started and it was the first store I saw. Besides, we were on the middle of Fay thunderstorm warning.
The counter lady was rude and unpolished. By far she was a sales person. If she only knew that I needed to buy a birthday present for a special lady - the reason I was in Lincoln Rd at the time. I even tried to engage a more pleasant conversation with her. Unsuccessful.
I think she should consider a career change.
She lost the sale and a life customer.
