Good: I liked the windows because they came highly recommended by another source in comparison to the other windows. Installed them, told everybody what a great find I had in the certainteed product.. Bad: Like anything with a warranty, it's great until you need it. You find out you've been abandoned by Certainteed. That great warranty....... it aint there!. Improvements: I'd like to see Certainteed do the right thing and fix this screw up.. Other: I know I'm just one person. I'd love to know how many other people have been ripped off. I WILL exhaust my efforts in making Certainteed uphold their promise to the consumer. I challenge them to do it without being forced to..
