I went here for about 4 years before I moved on to a better and more personal learning center. My 4 years here weren't as pleasant..maybe the 1st but it all went downhill afterwards. I felt so intimidated to ask questions in class because some of the teachers do make you feel stupid, plus there's like 30 more smart kids who just want to move on. As you can see, I didn't do so well because I have always felt the pressure and anxiety and they would make me stay after school until I understood, which I give them props for, but the teachers can be harsh. They're way too harsh with disciplining. It was a complete waste of money and Saturday mornings that I could have used to study independently and peacefully all those years. Instead, my mornings (and days) were ruined with discouragement and advanced materials I would learn in school some years later (which I would've already forgotten). I remember how tight the classrooms were, how hard it was for a breeze in the classrooms. The whole floor smelled so bad. They used to have 2 locations back then and the location on Canal was so much better. I think the only memorable teacher was Sam, the English teacher. His teaching was entertaining and I can say that I still remember some of the things I've learned from him, but that was it.
