Review content:
We used to go to Scrambles a lot, but then they changed hands recently, and my only hope is that they get their act together and improve. The waitresses are still awesome, but recently on a Sunday, I waited over an hour and they hadn't even started to cook my breakfast. I had to leave. I heard the same thing from friends that had gone. I decided to give them another try on a week day, and they had instituted a punch card. If you dine with them so many times and get punched, you earn a free meal. That day the service was better. I didn't have to wait a long time, but.... the restruant was nearly empty. I will have to return on a Sunday and see if they have improved under pressure.
