Businiess name:  Sycamore Mall
Review by:  XXX X.
Review content:
In the days before CORALRIDGE mall, the only mall short of the one downtown was Sycamore Mall on the east side of Iowa City. This mall was great in its heyday but failed to update. Until a few years ago, this mall was literally "stuck in the '80s!" Then along came a group that decided to give Sycamore Mall the "ultimate makeover" so to speak and today it is beginning to take shape as a mall wroth visiting. With an anchor store of Von Maur, the first glimpse one has of this mall is of a store loaded with top quality merchandise and gifts. also in this mall are Bonnie's toys, Ben franklin, Hallmark, movie theaters, Claire's and Panerra Bread....as well as (believe it or not) a fairly nice "dollar store"! So if you are on the eastside f Iowa City and are looking for a place to do a little shopping, yet don't want the mega store merchandise, I suggest Sycamore Mall....it is a small mall with a big future
