Review content:
Although, the staff are very nice people - we were led to believe that this place had "security" when all it has is video camera's. NO ALARM SYSTEM!!! Burglars went in one night and stole from many units and took our trailer with over $20k worth of tools (our life was in that trailer), no insurance because we didn't have a home yet, we had just moved here. The storage facility would not allow us to insure the trailer because it was not in a storage unit. The thieves spent 4 hrs on the grounds helping themselves to anything and everything they could get there hands on! Yes, the video did end up catching the thieves but our stuff was long gone by that time. 30 yrs worth of work - a total loss!
