Businiess name:  Rio Grande Cafe
Review by:  Kayla L.
Review content:
This place is a genuinely fun experience. The setting is cheap and old with seemingly badly finished walls adorned with lots of old spanish influenced things, including a full bull's horns near the bar. But there is something that makes this even more than what you see; it's what you don't see. The dishes don't come from cans and the tortillas, tortilla chips, salsa, guacamole are trademark reason to dine with the Rio Grande as they are made fresh daily as well. They have their own tortilla machine near the bar that presses out hot and fluffy tortillas for each table. Staff attire is formal, pressed and starched with ties on both male and female servers. Meals average $12-20 dollars and signature dishes are made fresh on their mesquite grill. Parking structure is underground to the right and validation is available.
