Review content:
the restaurant is in a prime location in Stamford and during the summer months its a nice place to be. Sabatiello's was previously Cafe Morelli, which was an overall good place for a long lazy lunch. Since the restaurant changed hands, it seems that the new owner has tried to capitalize on the boom in Stamford at any cost. The food quality has gone down and prices gone up. The service is not professional with a bunch of unexperienced staff who are neither friendly nor courteous and expect an 18% tip. Since becoming Sabatiello's, I've been there twice and have since decided not to go back.
The restaurant business should be all about customer satisfaction, yet this place is all about milking the customer with bad service...
