If you could have the option of no stars, that is what I would give. I took my leather jacket there to be cleaned and when it had been over 2 months and they said it still wasn't done yet, I wasn't too happy. At first they said they must have given it back to me, but I still had my stub. As it turned out, one of the employees, who had in the meantime been fired, had stolen it. They refused to compensate me for my jacket. I have never been so appalled.
