Businiess name:

Review content:
Giggles is funnier than you'd think...apparently it's funnier than they thought too-- "Giggles" isn't exactly the peak of comedy, but it's a good start. Maybe that's how it is for performers who go there. While Giggles doesn't pull the big names, it does get a great number of up and coming comedians and comedians who are big, but never quite made the cut at prime time. For their generally cheap prices, however, these shows are worthwhile, especially when you usually get a voucher for another show for free. The room "where the magic happens" is not the green room because as I said, these are not big names, it is the main room where the comedy goes on, and this room is small enough to keep the environment personal, no matter where you sit. The only real drawback is that of all comedy clubs: the drink minimums. The bread and butter of comedy and strip clubs, drink minimums are always annoying, but a necessary evil to see some live comedy. Some say that it's to help the performers since the audience will inevitably get at least a little gigglier, but more so it helps the owner's, because let's face it, Open Mic Night is not exactly built on a foundation of undiscovered comedy genius. Still, for 6 bucks, it's worth going and seeing some new talent (which do exist) and some older talents who will make you more than giggle...especially with the two drink minimum.
