Review content:
Dr. Koerner is very nice & polite. When she looks in your mouth she doesn't sigh or make it clear you should have flossed more often. She is gentle & doesn't cause an unnecessary pain when examining you teeth. The entire office staff is polite & always happy. The exam room has a TV which, to me, is a relief because you start to feel funny when you are lying down & someone is standing over you working in you mouth. It is nice to have something else to stare at besides that person's face. The waiting room has a nice atmosphere with seating, magazines & another TV. It kind of takes the edge off of visiting the Dentist.
