this was by far the worst tattoo parlor i have experienced. The people are unprofessional, customer service was bad (if you wanna call it customer service) and the guy with slicked back hair and the beard is a rude, corny guy whose artwork is just plain awful. I regret getting work done at fine line. there are plenty of other shops in CT. GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!!! Flats in groton is good, as well as Transcend in Branford and Green Man In West Hartford. STAY AWAY FROM FINE LINE! I now have a tattoo that was overrpriced and would have been much better had i done my research and not gone to these idiots. BE SMART PEOPLE!! Those positive reviews must have been done by the artists themselves so dont listen.
