Review content:
The reception was pleasant and I only waited a few minutes (4-5 maybe) before being seen by the hygienist. The hygienist was gentle and very knowledgeable; my cleaning was done before I knew it. The tools could have been sharper to help the cleaning progress quicker and easier. Dr. Ullrich was congenial and professional, took extra time when answering questions and during my examination. The fee for missing an appointment (understandable for habitual offenders) sends the wrong message; stuff happens in people?s lives that are unavoidable. Hopefully this fee will not be an issue in our relationship. Overall good quick visit, I was in and out in under an hour as a first time patient! I did come prepared with all of the required documents, some of which were redundant, unnecessary and made you feel like they were building a database of your information to track you down if you did not pay.
