Horribly managed don't waste your time!!My apartment along with 4 other buildings were renovated by RELIABLE RENOVATION, INC. OWNER EDMUND NONA . This started at the end of may 2011 and by June 2011 they had worked their way to the apartments next to mine. I got a call from my dog walker while I was in SF on vacation that my apartment was totally flooded and that the guys renovating the apartment next to mine had been throwing contents out of the windows into trash cans below. Well one of the workers was careless and ended up hitting a fire sprinkler and destroying over 75 percent of my apartment. I had a meeting with the owner EDMUND NONA who offered me $300 for my apartment being destroyed. Over $5000 worth of damage was done to my belongings. I ended up taking RELIABLE RENOVATION, INC. to small claims court and won $3,496.50 because of negligence caused by RELIABLE RENOVATION, INC. They also have decided to make it hard for me to collect anything from them. Having dealt with the court system and many dollars out of pocket,It is horrible for my situation. It's wrong to know you have damaged someones life and belongings and not compensate them when a judgment has been given. These guys didn't even have the balls to show up in court they just wait until they can make an order to vacate the decision of the judge wasting more and more of my time intentionally. I will have to pay to put a lien on their business and home and till tap them at work with a police officer.. What horrible people!
