Allen Vigil Ford really went out of there way for me. I got my car from them about 6 months ago and it was used. I needed a good price so I went with a older car, it wasn’t certified and only had a 30 day guarantee. I started having problems with it and the transmission went out on it last week. I called them and they had it towed in at no cost to me. They had the problem fixed in 2 days. I got a quote on how much it was going to be and it was a pretty penny. My sales men spoke to the service mgr and asked to try and help me out. Just because I purchased the car from them, I was a returning customer and they wanted to try and help me out, they gave me a inhouse rate. The labor droped about 400. Im really happy I went with Allen Vigil and they really do stand behind their work.
