Review content:
The manager Richard is a liar. I drop my car off and he lead me to be leave it was a $800 prob. Told me he would call me the next day . 5 days latter and 2 trips to the shop i finally got Richard to tell me whats going on. He told me my transmission was completely gone so i ask to see it. First i was told no. Then was told he did not know where it was. And Mike who work on it was no there and he could not call him and ask where it is. Then he told me he has a friend who sales used transmission and could get me one for 1100 with no warranty . And wanted another 1100 to install it. So he first quoted me $800 to take out fix and put back in my transmission . Then $1100 to just put in the new one . So i then told him to please put my car back together so i can come get it and Richard told me no he will not because its broke. My car drove there just fine but now its so bad it cant even be put back together . Ans he started yelling at me when i told him i had a prob with how i was being treated. So i payed them $400 to get my car back with out a transmission and then paid to have it towed to another shop. This place needs to be shut down . I will be calling 10 on my side and gave them 1 star because i had to
