This morning, November 17,2011, I took our truck into Meineke,on Kenosha in Broken Arrow, Oklahoma. Inquired if they could do a "Heater Core Flush" that we had put an new radiator, water pump and thermostat in and wanted the flush to see if the heat would work afterwards. Was there about an hour. Service person said he'd done the "Heater core flush", paid and left. When the truck was running the same my husband looked at receipt it said "Coolant Flush". We went straight back to location & another service person said the two are the same thing. When my husband told him it wasn't & that wasn't what I paid for the employee stated "We don't have the equipment to do Heater core flush." There was $100.00 + debited from our account for a service that wasn't needed & what we wanted done had not been done. My husband had just filled with antifreeze. So, since I am the third female in our immediate circle who has been cheated by your company, we plan to make signs saying "Meineke takes advantage of women, don't give them your money" unless we are contacted & all charges removed from our debit.
