Moving to new apt; had a laundry list of 17 items...from their website...THAT VERY DAY. Thay had NOT ONE OF THE ITEMS on my list.
Went to this junk store when I fist moved to Reno...had nothing then either. But what REALLY bothered me was the girl who attempted to help me (which was NO HELP AT ALL) failed to return my phone cal...not once, but twice on concurrent days.
When I called the 2nd time, the same guy answered that I gave the initial message...he said he gave the girl the message the 1st time and will again. Of course, no call.
Won't bother to EVER go there again...you shouldn't either.
Oh, went to American Furniture in Sparks...great NEW furniture, great prices, great service-GREAT PEOPLE..
