Review content:
I'm giving Bloomers Flowers 4 stars instead of 5 for the reason that my bf claimed that they offered him a little junk about his budget and also told him that he had to have to spend more money. That appears absolutely absurd to me, as can be seen, he got a lovely bouquet for his budget, and flowers are not another thing to break your budget on anyways.
