Being 900 miles away from my home in Wisconsin to attend my son's college graduation, I found that I had NO BRAKES on my Ford.. I found MASTER MUFFLER on the internet as the closest to my hotel. It is 7:30 am on Saturday and the graduation is at 10 am, 20 miles away in Salisbury. I phoned Master Muffler, John answered and said "bring it in. By 7:50 am he had determined that my brake line was leaking. He then jumped into his own car got the materials at an auto supply, installed it al and I was out by 9 am. John said to me during my moments of panic, "Without a doubt I will have you on your way to your son's graduation. I promised you". NSo I had a complementary hot cup of coffee in the waiting area. . i watch the shop guys hustle. In the store area every employee talked like a veteran mechanic who knew their business.
The store and shop were spotless, Every one really cared. If i lived in Kannapolis Master Muffler would get all my business.I have never reviewed a business on the internet. I could have gone to Midas or Meineke but took a chance on what I believe is a local business. I hope others in care service need visit MASTER MUFFLER. They truly are masters at Mechanic skills and customers care. LET THIS BE MY PUBLIC THANKS TO JOHN.
