Review content:
I bought a Ford Ranger here years
back ,and this truck was in the shop
more than it was on the road. It went
from starter going out on brand new truck , to valves tapping ( it didn't
matter what gas I used . My file in the service dept was like 5 inches thick .
Once it just shut down on the interstate
, and wouldn't do anything when turning
key. It had to be Winter time and I had
to walk like 3 miles , before some
kind person stopped to give me a ride.
Remember this is a new truck ( less
than a year old ) when I got home finally
I called and told them where to pick up
their piece of Junk. I told them I wanted
to talk to John Nolan. About an hour
later some guy called , I don't know
if was actually the John Nolanor not.
I told him in a calm voice what had been
going on and after about ten or so
minutes of B.S. answers I couldn't
take it any more . I started calling him
every name I could think of because
to me it seemed like he was trying to
blow me off ,by offering coupons
for the service dept , He even told
me to come over and pick out something else on the lot and he would
make me a good deal on it .
After all I went though with this one
I told him I wouldn't Buy another Ford
Product if it was Half Price .
They finally fixed what was wrong with it
I drove it home and put a For Sale on it.
