Businiess name:  Parco Cafe

I knew that Nashville's Farmers Market was the best place to get fresh fruit and vegetables, but I recently found out that there's a good restaurant there too. Parco Cafe is a little corner stand with just five stools and a short menu: salads and sandwiches, plus really delectable desserts. The last time I was there they had real French macaroons (made of almond flour), creme brulee and individual chocolate bombes. Their salads are simple, but their homemade dressing is fantastic. The salad comes with a slice of grilled sourdough bread. Browsing through the fresh fruits and veggies in the market, checking out the flowers and plants, and walking through the flea market is a lovely way to spend a Saturday morning; it's nice to know that you can end your visit with a delicious casual lunch at Parco Cafe.
