Review content:
After receiving anesthesia injections, I had a strange reaction. My hands immediately began to tremble and I felt "shaky" inside, especially in the center of my chest. Dr. O'Neill's assistant brought orange juice to increase my blood sugar. When that was not enough to do the job, Dr. O'Neill gave me something with a high amount of glucose. He and his wonderful staff waited patiently for it to kick in. I was fine from then on. At the end of the procedure, he gave me Tylenol and Advil to ward off any pain from the injections in my lower jaw. Great "bedside manner" by everyone!!!.....so patient and kind and genuinely concerned. Later that day I spoke with a dentist friend who has a practice out of state, relaying to him all that had happened to me that morning. I could sense that he would not have provided the same type of "above and beyond" care that Dr. O'Neill and his staff do. It's so reassuring to know that I am in such capable and truly caring hands, even while "in the hot seat". Thank you all! ;))
