I had a fantastic experience at Mode Downtown with stylist extraordinaire, Molly. She was a great listener and considerate about my anxiety with a new look. She walked me through every detail with great suggestions and always asked if I was comfortable with the plans.
I've been getting raves about my shorter cut and highlights! Molly offered to fit me in the next day if I was uncomfortable with the color. She wanted me to feel good about the new look and said she'd tone it down if my husband fainted. He loved it - even after waiting for me for over an hour w/ our dog because my car broke down and had to be towed, but I didn't want to miss my Mode appointment!
I feel very lucky this holiday season for a patient husband and a fab stylist like Molly.
