October 21st was my second visit. I left totally thrilled with the results of my haircut and foil. Amy is truly skilled at blending the blonde shades into my natual grey/brown hair. My hair now has softer blonde tones, appears more natural. I came in with the top of my hair too solid blonde, and the color was too harsh, straw like color. The only constructive feedback I can think of is that being your building is very large, the temperature was a little chilly. Sometimes you have to take off your sweater, or jacket when your under the cape, and with your head damp it can feel cold. On the positive side, I really like getting the reminder emails that it is time to set up an appointment. Makes it easy to call and sest up the appointment with the number right in front of you. Lori
