Review content:
Sushi house has a great selection of sushi and Japanese food, and the price is reasonable. However, the service is not. They are slow, and at times rude. Many of the workers are Korean, and I often hear them chatter on and off in Korean instead of attending to the needs of their customers.
I ordered sushi here once and its presentation wasn't very kempt like what sushi should look like. I inquired the waitress about this and she said "That's the way that sushi is like." I ordered that sushi before, and it wasn't like that. Their food may be cheap and nonetheless taste good, but it is usally sloppy in presentation.
Another thing, expect to wait a long time to get seated (usually a minumum of 30 minutes). This place is very popular with locals and visitors to Alameda. Parking is good though...since it is located in South Shore Shopping Center where parking is bountiful.
