Review content:
I should have known the deal was too good to be true. This company is operating without approval from the state commission for movers. Owner Larry Hinnant answered the phone and had the lowest price of all the real moving companies. We set a date and time. The day before I get a call requesting to move earlier by two hours. The movers arrive 30 minutes late, lack adequate furniture pads and in a truck that is smaller than agreed. Movers pack things wrong heavy items placed with light breakables in boxes destroying several lamps and items. A MP3 player is missing from a desk that was moved. Movers couldn't fit everything in the truck because it was packed wrong they said so I was stuck making extra trips myself. Next they damaged most of the furniture by banging it against walls and not padding it in the truck. I ended up with an appraisal for $900 in damage. The owner is forcing me to sue him to recover it and hasn't responded to requests for payment.
