Finally Babyberry
I lived in these apartments for 3 years with my Cousin and i will have to say i couldnt be happier to be leaving this place for a number of reasons.
1. Fire Alarm constantly goes off at all hours of the night.
2. Elevator is broke at least 3 times a month (had to move all my stuff down the stairs becuase it was broken on move out date)
3. Parking is a disaster. If you do not park before 6 you are parking in Visitor lot. (there are times where we would park in an illegal spot due to the lack of spaces) Lets pay 1500/mo and park at Jordans next door!!!
4. The number one excuse at the office is "We have already called someone on that"
5. rodents in our apartment! On Call person laughed at me and told me that our cats had a better chance of catching them then maintinence. NO follow up from Bayberry!!!
6. Security Gates constantly broken.
7.The GYM is a joke, same single treadmill has been "temporarily out of service" for over a year and a half!
8. Office Staff improved toward the end of our stay, but was previously rude, not accomodating or helpful.
9.Door to apt complex always open (not locked)
I would say the only positive thing about BayBerry is the Man who takes care of the trash disposal. He is probably the only person there that works 100%
