Ok I just moved to L.A. and I thought this might be a good place to have a hair cut. Well I thought wrong. First the staff are extremely rude, they will try to sell you everything and even stuff you dont need. The lady who cut my hair didn't even know what she was doing. It was like crap. I had blonde highlights and she completely messed up my hair and had to darken my hair cause it was literally bleached. Moreover, she even charged me for it. This place is also extremely over priced; just cause they are at the Beverly Center you pay a lot of money. Horrible atmosphere, you don't get any privacy and when you make an appointment they dont even honor it. Horrible place. Please do yourself a favor and consider some other place.
