I have worked with Tanya for many years and have lost over 40 lbs. and kept it off. She has a great approach to her training methods that I have never found anywhere else, and I have been to many other trainers before! She custom-tailors each session for what you need and want. Tanya is also super friendly and fun to work with.
Although she has never pushed me too hard, she always pushes me to push myself and stay on track. She is a wonderful down-to-earth lady who absolutely knows everything there is to know about weight loss, health, and the psychology behind keeping it off!
