Terrible! I was on vacation over the New Years holiday, so I was forced into using a shop like this. They did not fix my problem, and just kept coming up with more problems. I eventually had to say no, and drive back to NY with the same problem. Once I got home, my mechanic realized not only did they not fix anything, they broke the bleeding valve on one of my calipers. They charged me over $200 for services that cannot be completed without this valve. Omar (the owner) said he never told me about it because his technician didn't tell him until after I left, which leads me to believe that they broke the valve. They did not refund 1 penny of the services that wrongfully charged me for, and I am currently submitting a claim to both the BBB and the Maryland Attorney General.
STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE. Not only will they replace thing that don't need to be replaced, they will offer terrible customer service.
