I always ask for delivery from this place,because it is near where I work. The food over there is not much to complain. Their Age tofu and Fried Udon is bit greasy to my taste.But overall, They have really great food over there. I love their tiger eyes( which is squid stuffed with shrimp and seeweeds ) Their Pumpkin roll is lovely too, bigger than other sushi place I have tried. and it is hot and Fresh, and crunchy just the right way. Well, I have to run down a big list of food that I like about theirs.
I called this place today, and the person who answer my phone speaks really fast English that I don't really understand what she was saying. I am not complaining about her accent though. She first put me on hold for 1 minute and 40 seconds without telling me before. So I was sitting there , with phone next to my ear, listening to the vague conversation she had with other people. It was bit disappointing ,annoying. then I have to hang up and call again. She did say sorry When I mentioned that she was ignoring me before. I forgive her. maybe she works too hard, maybe the boss needs to hire more people so the server can provide a better service to their customer.
I read about someone's comment about the slow delivery speed as I was waiting for my food to arrive.. I was hungry, So I timed it. 42 Minutes. I mean It wasn't bad. But don't order for delivery from them if you are in a rush or if you are hungry.
Pros: good food
Cons: ok delivery speed, front desk lady is not so considerate.
